11. Can I see my website while it’s being developed?
 

Whether you’re able to see your website while it’s under development will depend on your web designer. At American E-Commerce Solutions, once we’ve met initially to determine your needs and the your website’s direction, we will design a website template for you. 

Then we get your feedback and discuss any adjustments that may be necessary. Once we all agree on a design, we’ll set out building your website. We often upload your site to a testing area throughout the design process so that you can approve and edit sections as they’re completed.  If this is a brand new domain, then this step is not necessary as the we will be the only parties who know that your new site exists. 

Whether it’s ongoing or at the end of the project, you will have an opportunity to make edits and minor changes to the site.

Make sure you discuss the editing/change process with your web designer, so there are no misunderstandings. Major changes and edits can – and actually do – cost extra.
